We will assist your family in planning a funeral and choosing the options that suit your families needs and your loved ones wishes. We are able to assist you in holding services in a wide variety of areas. From our chapel, to your church or at the cemetery we are able to prepare a meaningful service to honor your loved one. We will listen to your family and help to arrange a celebration of your loved one's life through whatever means you choose.

Pre-Planning

We offer comprehensive pre-planning packages. Your service requests will be documented and kept on file for activation or changes. Additionally, our counselors will assist you with the specific death benefits of your government and/or insurance policies.

Once your arrangement decisions are made, we can establish a payment schedule that fits your current income and budget.

We are happy to assist you in transferring your existing pre-planning policy and arrangement records to our home. Our counselors will work closely with the previous funeral home in making sure your arrangement and payment records are up-to-date at the time of acceptance.

Online Memorials

We can set up an online memorial for your loved one. Our online memorials provide information for guests about the funeral services and also provide a tribute to your loved one. Guests will be able to gain information about dates, times and locations of funeral services. Guests will also be able to order flowers, make donations and sign a guest book through the memorial. The family will have access to the memorial to add photos to create a photo gallery for their loved one. By providing information to guests about services, our online memorials help lessen the load on a family during a difficult time. The memorials also serve to pay tribute to your family's loved one.

Obituaries

We will prepare an obituary to be published for your loved one.

Veteran's Benefits

We will help you secure your potential veterans benefits, such as burial flags, government markers, memorial certificate and a burial plot.

Social Security

We will notify the Social Security Administration of the death. We will explain and help you apply for any benefits you may be entitled to through Social Security.

Death Certificates

We will help you in obtaining a death certificate which can be important for insurance purposes as well a host of other issues.

After Care

Many families still require guidance, direction and answers after the formal services have been concluded. That's why our grief counselors are dedicated to providing support and information to our grieving families in an effort to help them deal with their loss and enable them to return to a normal life. We often recommend literature and videotapes on the topic of loss, grief and the healing process, as well as encourage families to attend local lectures on these subjects.

Trnasfer of Remains

As members of a national association of funeral directors, we are afforded a network of contracts nationwide. This allows us to make the necessary transfer and funeral arrangements needed, whether bringing your loved on home or moving them to another safe state for burial.

Cremation

Because more people are choosing cremation, we take special care in making those arrangements for you. We will handle the transfer to and from the crematorium, as well as provide you with a selection of urns suitable for internment or placement in a private home.
